Working Together

  I provide therapy for adults, couples, and families, as well as children (ages 5+) and youth, with caregiver involvement as appropriate. 

All identities, cultures, and faiths are welcome here. I encourage you to bring your authentic self into counselling and believe your unique experiences, and perspectives are an important part of the therapeutic process.

Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to better understand your experiences, explore patterns of struggle, build on your strengths, and develop tools that support meaningful change.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized. 

I recognize that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. 

My commitment is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
