Therapy Services

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to answer your questions, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether my approach and services feel like the right fit for your needs.


Sessions are available in person, virtually, or by telephone, allowing you to choose the format that best fits your preferences and lifestyle.


Therapy sessions available:

  • Individual, Couples, or Family Therapy (60 minutes)
  • Expressive Arts Therapy (60 minutes)
  • Extended Therapy Sessions (90 minutes)
    Available for individuals, couples, families, or expressive arts therapy sessions when additional time and space are beneficial.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Therapy Sessions (60 minutes)
